I was abused as a child, not allowed to have friends, had to grow up staying at home, not allowed to develope social skills, until I turned 21 the only friend I had was our dog. My younger brothers had no such restrictions. Usually in cases of child abuse in the home one child is singled out for abuse. Each and every day my father [ note lower case "f" ] would tell me I was stupid and a coward. At 6 years old I was placed in a half body cast because of the physical abuse I recieved at the hands of my 1st grade teacher. My parents never even complained. At 21 I escaped into the Navy no social skills. 1200 shipmates hailed me and 2 others as heros for something we did. Later on I was a Paramedic on the streets of Detroit. I was head supervisor because of another action I pulled off after only 3 months of begining my career at Redford Emergecy Services and declared Supreme Medical Authority on emergencies in our community and those bordering ours. I was a Paramedic on the streets for 6 years. Then I worked 13 years ICU at SJMH, Pontiac. I have always fought discrimination, prejudice, incompetance, corruption, patient neglect and abuse. Once I got hit by a truck [ that was rude ] I was forced to go on Disability.
